The Prince gas meter has a built-in thermal sensor, thanks to which the system of bringing the measured medium (gas) to standard temperature and pressure parameters is fully implemented in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2939-63. The temperature mode of operation of the meter has been expanded taking into account the outdoor installation option and ranges from -40 to +60 ° C, in addition, the meter automatically determines which gas is used for the gas supply system and makes the necessary adjustments for more accurate measurement. Each meter undergoes a thorough individual inspection for tightness and the ability to work in low temperature conditions at specially designed stands of LLC plant "RaDan".

The gas meter "Prince" G-10 is equipped with an internal non-volatile memory for storing an archive of measurements for 12 months, as well as a system log for registering the state of the system. The meter is equipped with an infrared sensor that allows you to implement remote data retrieval using the standardized Modbus data exchange protocol with the RTU package format, which allows you to save on the purchase of additional data transmission modules.

The principle of operation of the gas meter is to send an ultrasonic signal inside the measuring path along the flow and against the gas flow at a frequency of 2 times per second, after which the delay of the passage of the ultrasonic signal is calculated and brought to standard values using sensor data.

The direction of movement of the gas flow in the measuring path is any. This allows you to install a gas supply meter on the right or left without additional preparation. For ease of installation, the gas meter "Prince" G-10 is equipped with pipes with an external thread of 1G class B, which allows it to be mounted into an existing gas consumption system without welding.
