❓ Frequently asked questions
Click or tap a question to reveal the answer ↓
What household expenses can I estimate?
The calculator covers electricity, natural gas, cold and hot water, wastewater, heating, waste collection and building maintenance. You can also include a monthly budgeting reserve for property and land taxes.
Can I calculate only the services I actually use?
Yes. Enable the services you need and turn off the others. This keeps the calculation focused on your household and avoids including services you do not use.
What information should I prepare?
Prepare your billing month, location, provider and consumption or meter readings. Depending on the selected services, you may also need the number of residents, floor area and rates shown on your bills.
Can I use previous and current meter readings?
Yes, where the service offers reading-based input. Enter both the previous and current readings to calculate consumption between them. Use readings that correspond to the period you want to estimate.
Can I calculate costs for another region of Uzbekistan?
Yes. Select your location and an available provider profile. If a suitable verified rate is unavailable for your service or billing month, enter the applicable final rate from your bill.
Can I estimate charges without a meter?
Yes, for services that offer an unmetered calculation option. Enter the required consumption standard and household details, such as the number of residents or floor area, using the basis applied by your provider.
How are property and land taxes included?
The calculator includes one twelfth of the annual tax amount in the monthly budget. This helps you set money aside; it does not change official tax payment deadlines. Use your annual Soliq assessment for the most accurate input.
Can I see which services contribute most to the total?
Yes. The breakdown by service shows how the estimate is formed. This makes it easier to review individual inputs and identify the largest items in your household utility budget.
Can I save or print the calculation?
Yes. Use Print / PDF to open your browser’s print options. Print the result or choose Save as PDF to keep a copy for budgeting and comparison.
How can I compare the estimate with my utility bill?
Compare the same billing month, consumption and applicable rates. Review any debt, penalties, adjustments, exemptions, compensation or earlier-rate prepayments separately, as these are not automatically included in the estimate. Complete all enabled service sections to obtain the full selected-services total.
