The meter is a three-phase, universal transformer or direct connection, designed to measure active and reactive electrical energy, power, voltage frequency, active and reactive power coefficients, angles between phase voltage vectors and phase current and voltage vectors, RMS voltage, current strength.

The meter has the ability to organize multi-tariff electricity metering with the transmission of accumulated information via an optoport, RS485 interface, radio, PLC or GSM/GPRS modems.

The counter provides

• Storage of data on hourly volumes of consumed energy for the last 148 days.
• Time interval for averaging load profiles: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60 minutes.
• The duration of information storage during power outage is at least 10 years.
• Fixing the last 20 time adjustments, changing the time settings of tariff zones and reprogramming the metrological characteristics of the meter.
• Fixing the last 100 drops and exits beyond the permissible values of phase voltages.
• Data display on the LCD display with a preset frequency
(T=5-255 s) or scrolling using the controls (buttons) on the front panel.
• Load management using an external switching device.
• Signaling deviations from the limits on power and consumption, fixing the maximum power value for each tariff during the month (averaging interval - 30 minutes) and monitoring the excess limit for issuing a command by the counter to trigger an external alarm relay.
• Protection from external influences:

Functionality

The counter provides accounting and display output:

• the amount of active electricity consumed by the cumulative total in total and separately at 4 tariffs at the end of the month and for the previous 12 months;
• the amount of active electricity consumed by the cumulative total in total and separately at 4 tariffs at the end of the day for 45 days;
• graphs of active capacities (consumption) averaged over a given time interval of 60 minutes for at least 148 days;
• the maximum value of active power, averaged over a 30-minute interval, for the current and 12 past months separately at four tariffs.

The counter measures and shows:

•
