Buying coal for winter? Eligible families can reclaim UZS 300 000 for one tonne and up to UZS 600 000 for two. The cap is per family per calendar year. Buy through Mycoal.uz and apply in the same month as the purchase.

What changed on 1 November?
Resolution No. 418 of 30 July 2026 introduced the Mycoal.uz sales and compensation scheme. Resolution No. 601 took effect on 1 November, extending the scheme through 2028, widening eligibility and setting an application process. Households can compare suppliers by price, coal quality and delivery terms.
Who can qualify?
Families on the Social Register can apply. Families outside it can also qualify if an eligibility check confirms that they meet the register criteria and average monthly income per person is no more than twice the minimum consumer expenditure level. In 2026, that is UZS 1 430 000 per person per month. Ask an Inson social services centre to check your circumstances.
How much can you reclaim?
One tonne qualifies for UZS 300 000. Two or more tonnes qualify for up to UZS 600 000. The cap covers all the family’s purchases in the calendar year. The supplier quotes delivery separately.
How to order through Mycoal.uz
- Register on Mycoal.uz or in its app.
- Choose a supplier and check the price per tonne, grade and availability.
- Compare the delivered total with the cost of collection, check the date and place your order.
- Check the quantity on arrival and confirm receipt using the platform’s text message. Keep the order number and payment record.
Where to apply and when to expect payment
Apply in the month you buy the coal. Use my.gov.uz, the Social Card app, a public services centre, an Inson social services centre or your mahalla social worker. Applying is free. The system checks eligibility and the purchase. Approved families enter the following month’s payment list. Payments go to a social or bank card. Check your text messages and online account for the decision.
Bought coal but received no compensation?
Check that Mycoal.uz shows the purchase and receipt, that you applied in the purchase month and that your family meets the eligibility rules. Check the decision notice and whether you have reached the annual cap. If the claim was refused or payment is late, take your order and application numbers to Inson.
What if the coal is short, poor quality or late?
Compare the delivery with your order and submit a complaint through Mycoal.uz. Include the order number and any evidence. If the supplier changes the delivery date and it no longer works for you, you can cancel the order.
Using coal safely at home
Have a professional check your stove and flue before the heating season, keep vents clear and install a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm. If you suspect poisoning, get into fresh air and call 112.
