EMMETI DN20 gas filter

🔥 The EMMETI DN20 is a threaded filter designed to capture dust, rust, pipe scale and other solid contaminants in a gas pipeline.

It is installed upstream of a gas meter, pressure regulator, solenoid valve, boiler or burner equipment.

🛡️ Purpose

• protects the gas meter from contamination;
• supports stable regulator and valve operation;
• reduces solid particles reaching downstream equipment;
• helps prevent premature component wear.

📏 Connection size

• nominal diameter — DN20;
• approximate thread size — 3/4″;
• connection — threaded.

Confirm the actual thread size and whether it is female or male from the stocked product.

🔥 Working medium

The filter may be used with natural gas, gaseous LPG and other compatible non-corrosive gases. Exact compatibility must be confirmed from the product passport.

➡️ Flow direction

The arrow on the housing must point in the same direction as gas flow.

🧱 Housing material

The product title specifies a brass body. Confirm the actual material from the marking and passport of the supplied unit.

🔧 Installation

1. Shut off the gas supply.
2. Release pressure from the isolated pipe section.
3. Check the flow-direction arrow.
4. Use a sealing material approved for gas service.
5. Do not overtighten the housing.
6. Perform an approved leak test after installation.

Gas equipment must be installed by a qualified specialist.
