DN25 × 3/4-inch combined female-thread adapter

🔧 The DN25 combined female adapter provides a transition from 25 mm polypropylene pipe to a metal female-thread connection.

One side is heat-fused to PPR pipe, while the other contains a 3/4-inch female-thread metal insert.

📏 25 × 3/4-inch size

• 25 mm — outside diameter of the PPR pipe;
• 3/4 inch — female pipe-thread size;
• FT — female thread — accepts equipment with a matching male thread.

🧱 Materials

The body is normally made from heat-resistant PP-R polypropylene, while the threaded insert is made from brass or another corrosion-resistant metal alloy.

🔥 Installation

1. Shut off the water and release system pressure.
2. Cut the pipe squarely.
3. Install 25 mm fusion sockets.
4. Heat the pipe and fitting simultaneously.
5. Join the components without twisting.
6. Allow the joint to cool completely.
7. Seal and assemble the threaded connection.
8. Pressure-test the system.

🔩 Thread sealing

PTFE tape, plumbing cord, flax with sealing paste or a compatible anaerobic sealant may be used.

Excessive tightening may damage the plastic body or loosen the metal insert.
