BETAR SGV-20 mechanical hot- and cold-water meter

💧 The BETAR SGV-20 is a universal mechanical meter designed to measure cold and hot potable water.

The DN20 version is suitable for private houses, cottages, small commercial properties and internal water-metering systems requiring higher capacity than a DN15 meter.

🌡️ Cold and hot water

The meter is designed for water temperatures from +5 to +90 °C.

The SGV-20 may be used for either cold- or hot-water measurement.

⚙️ Mechanical operation

Water flow rotates an impeller inside the body. Its motion is transferred to the mechanical register, which displays accumulated consumption in cubic metres.

🛡️ Working pressure

BETAR’s official documentation limits water pressure to 1.0 MPa, or 10 bar.

🎯 Installation position

The meter can be installed horizontally or vertically. For stable measurement, horizontal installation with the register facing upwards is recommended.

🔌 Not an online meter

The standard SGV-20 has no integrated modem and does not transmit readings remotely.

For a pulse output, select the separate SGV-20D version. It still requires an external controller or modem.

📄 Certification and verification

The applicable period and verification date must be confirmed from the supplied passport and current metrological requirements in Uzbekistan.
