The ultrasonic PRINCE G-25 gas meter has a relatively small size, which is due to the use of ultrasonic wave technology to measure the gas passing through the measuring path. The absence of moving parts and lubricating elements increases the reliability of the device, allowing it to perform its function continuously with consistently high accuracy.The average service life of the device is 20 years. The average time to failure is 100,000 hours. Without exception, each meter undergoes a thorough condition check on the test benches of the manufacturer's factory.

The gas meter uses a system for bringing the measured medium to standard values according to the requirements of GOST 2939-63. The operating temperature range has been extended from -40 to +60 °C. The housing is protected from environmental influences, which fully complies with the IP-54 standard according to GOST 14254-96, allows you to install a gas meter "Prince" G-25 on the street and in unheated rooms.

To connect the gas meter to remote data collection systems, an infrared sensor is installed on the front panel of the device, transmitting pulses in increments of 0.01. The counter software allows you to store an archive of measurements for 12 months of use, as well as a counter event log that allows you to see what events occurred with the counter, including opening the case, starting and stopping the device.

The calibration interval of the Prince G-25 gas meter is six years.
