The heat meter "SUMMATOR-3" is designed to measure, display and register information about thermal energy, mass, temperature and pressure of the coolant, as well as operating time in open and closed water heating systems at a pressure of up to 2.5 MPa (25 kgf/cm2) and coolant temperatures from 5 ° C to 150 ° C. The heat meter is used to provide self-accounting operations (commercial accounting) for heat supply, hot and cold water supply. Scope of application – heat sources, heat network enterprises, heat energy metering points, heat consumption facilities (buildings) for industrial, municipal and household purposes. The heat meter "SUMMATOR-3" is a combined heat meter equipped with various primary converters. The heat meter (depending on the thermal energy measurement scheme) can have up to three resistance converters of the same type, up to four liquid flow converters and up to three overpressure converters. The heat meter "SUMMATOR-3" provides measurement, indication and registration of coolant parameters in open and closed water heating systems containing up to three pipelines with a coolant (measurement channels). SMEM data drive and USB-touch Adapter: A portable data drive partially compatible with the iButtonTM (Dallas Semiconductor) protocol. Provides downloading of archived data from the heat meter "SUMMATOR-3" using a closed protocol with encryption. It has no built-in power supply, supports data exchange at a speed of 115kBod. The storage capacity (4MB flash memory) allows you to store archival data from 10 to 100 heat meters at the same time (depending on the type and size of archives). KTPTR: The principle of operation of the kit is based on the unambiguous and well-known dependence of the electrical resistance of platinum thermometers on the measured temperature. Thermometer kits consist of two (or more) specially manufactured TPT thermometers, possibly even with different mounting lengths. The sensing element (CE) of each thermometer is placed in a protective armature consisting of a tube (steel 12X18N10T or 08X18N10), a terminal head made of glass-filled polyamide, aluminum alloys or steel 12X18N10T. Instead of the head, a cable outlet or connector is possible, which serve to organize communication with the computer (secondary device). Mounting of sets of KTPTR thermometers on the pipeline (directly into the coolant or through the protective sleeve) is possible with the help of connecting fittings (or with the help of a fixing element in the protective sleeve) using welded bosses. The protective fittings of thermometers are designed for a nominal pressure of Ru=6.3 MPa and can withstand a strength test with a test pressure of Rpr=10 MPa. 6. Nominal measuring current for thermometers of the set: for NSH 100P; Pt 100...1 mA; for NSH 500P; Pt 500... 0.2 mA; for NSH 1000P; Pt 1000... 0.1 mA. The change in the resistance of the thermometer due to self-heating at these currents does not exceed 20% of the tolerance of thermometers according to GOST 6651-2009.
