TE71 is a single–phase electricity meter designed to measure active and reactive (depending on the modification) energy in a single-phase two-wire AC electrical network in multi-tariff mode. Also, the counter has the following functionality: load management, data transmission via various digital interfaces, event logging, etc. The meter can be operated independently or as part of an automated information and measurement system for commercial electricity metering.

Single-phase electric energy meters of the TE71 type meet the requirements of the Ts18726720-003:2018 organization standard.

Single-phase electric energy meters of the TE71 type comply with the requirements of O'ZDST 8.079:2018, GOST 31818.11, GOST 31818.21 GOST 31818.23 and are approved for operation throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan.
